
CNBC reports:
Donald Trump will be arraigned Sept. 6 in Atlanta in the criminal case where he is accused of conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, a court docket showed Monday morning. Trump’s arraignment will take place at 9:30 a.m. ET that day, and he will be asked to enter a plea in the case. His former lawyer Rudy Giuliani will be arraigned in the same case at his own plea hearing that day at 9:45 a.m., the court docket shows.
