Politico reports:
Vivek Ramaswamy cast doubt on the veracity of the government’s explanation of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, saying he didn’t believe the findings of the 9/11 Commission. In an interview on the conservative Blaze TV, host Alex Stein asked the Republican presidential candidate if he believes 9/11 was an “inside job” or “exactly like the government tells us.”
“I don’t believe the government has told us the truth. I’m driven by evidence and data. What I’ve seen in the last several years is we have to be skeptical of what the government does tell us. I haven’t seen evidence to the contrary, but do I believe everything the government told us about it? Absolutely not. Do I believe the 9/11 Commission? Absolutely not.”

Alex Stein, should you be blissfully unaware, is a far-right self-described troll who first gained notoriety by showing up at LGBTQ events to scream abuse over a bullhorn. Those stunts earned him a show with Glenn Beck’s The Blaze. Last year, Stein and a group of avowed “Christofacists” attempted to storm a Dallas gay bar. As you’ll see in the clip, Stein also tried to get Ramaswamy to say that the moon landings were faked.
